RAHWAY — Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Rahway Pharmacy Manager Angela Bacque delivers knit and crocheted blankets to Craig Prince, Resource and Volunteer Coordinator for Bridges. Hospital staff and volunteers donated their spare yarn from a variety of projects to other hospital staff and volunteers who made squares or whole blankets with the leftover yarn. This “coat of many colors” project even got some staff members interested in learning to crochet, said Bacque, who also manages the hospital’s diabetes program. Bridges helps the homeless in New Jersey. This is the hospital’s second year donating knit and crocheted blankets. (Photo courtesy of RWHUH-Rahway)
