CLARK — Students in Kirstin Bethavas’ sixth grade social studies classes at Carl H. Kumpf Middle School in Clark worked collaboratively to research and study the history of Judaism, investigating and identifying important facts about the history of the Israelites and key elements of the Jewish faith. After researching individual elements on their own, students took on the role of the teacher, sharing with their group mates what they had learned in their research.
