ROSELAND – The Young CPAs, a segment of the membership of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), collected 2,700 pounds of food in November to benefit the Community FoodBank of New Jersey.

The Foodbank is a member of Feeding America, the nation’s largest network of food banks. It works to provide support to more than 1,600 agency programs in the fight against hunger and poverty. This year, the collections are going to help those impacted by Hurricane Sandy

The NJSCPA thanked the society members, chapters and committees that gave to help those in need, as well as the 18 accounting firms across New Jersey that acted as collection points for food donations.
