STATE – The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is raising tolls on Hudson River crossings on Sunday.
E-ZPass users will now pay $10.25 (up from $9.50) during peak hours and $8.25 (up from $7.50) during non-peak hours. The cash toll will increase from $12 to $13.
The George Washington, Goethals and Bayonne bridges, the Lincoln and Holland tunnels and the Outerbridge Crossing are all subject to the toll increases.
The first round of Port Authority toll hikes took effect in September 2011. New increases are planned every December through 2015.
