CLARK — Students in the Carl H. Kumpf Middle School choir, under the direction of music teacher Flora Alexander, performed at the Clark Winter Festival and Tree Lighting Ceremony on Sunday, Nov. 25.
The choir, along with the Arthur L. Johnson Marching Band and Choir, performed several holiday-themed selections for a large audience at the Clark Municipal Building. The Winter Festival, an event that takes place annually the Sunday after Thanksgiving, includes many events designed to put guests in the holiday spirit. Students in the Kumpf choir added to the festivities with their three winter selections.
The Carl H. Kumpf Winter Concert, with performances by the choir, band, chorale, and jazz band, will take place on Thursday, Dec. 20, at ALJ High School. Admission is free of charge and all are welcome.
