EDISON — Three members of The Wardlaw-Hartridge School’s varsity cheerleading squad joined head coach Tanda Tucker of Bernadsville in delivering cookies, brownies, cupcakes and pies to the Manasquan Engine #2 Volunteer Fire Department. They wanted to thank them for all of the hard work they have done to help get the town back on its feet, including housing and feeding 43 National Guard members who were stationed there after Hurricane Sandy. Team members Lorianna Carlucci of Edison, Cory Harrell of South Plainfield and Catherine Iszard of Edison made the trip. Tom Schofield, one of the firemen they met, was very thankful for the delicious treats. (Photo courtesy of Wardlaw-Hartridge)
