LINDEN — Linden High School’s National Honor Society, along with the help of the school’s French Club, German Club, and many teachers, were able to collect over $1,000 and enough items to provide care packages to 10 families of Linden High School students affected by Hurricane Sandy.

The packages included cleaning supplies, school supplies, food, and baby supplies. Gift cards to Target, Pathmark, Dunkin Donuts, and Home Depot were also made available. They were also able to collect several boxes of food for the Linden food pantry (LINCS).
