RAHWAY — In celebration of American Education Week, second grade students at Franklin School in Rahway created a literary pumpkin patch. Students read books and turned a pumpkin into their favorite book character. Parents worked with their child to create a mini book report. Everyone enjoyed their walk through the literary pumpkin patch. Pictured from left to right are Kamorah Keys, Celine Nguyen, Dayanara Flores and Luis Rivera (Photo courtesy of Franklin School)
