RAHWAY – Hurricane Sandy brought down trees and power lines throughout Rahway, but the city is recovering from the storm’s effects. Carmen Serrano sent in these photos showing some of the damage caused by the storm as well as an American Red Cross recovery van that distributed free meals to city residents.
