UNION — The Union Public Library is screening a series of feature films with foreign locales beginning Tuesday, Nov. 13, and continuing through Nov. 27. The films will be shown on Tuesdays commencing at 2 p.m. Admission to the programs is free.
The following movies comprise the series:
- A Separation (2011) starring Peman Moadi and Leila Hatami. Winner of an Oscar for best foreign language film. – Directed by Jodaeiye Nadar.– Nov. 13
- Best Exotic Marigold Hotel (2011) starring Judi Dench, Maggie Smith and Tom Wilkinson – Nov. 20
- They Call It Myanmar: Lifting the Curtain (2012) – A documentarydirected by Robert H. Lieberman — Nov. 27
