…Question…how many chickens can Sandy eat…

…Answer…how many ya’ got…

With the redundant echo of ‘…what day is it…’ Pastors Art and Sharon Snow and Chestnut Street Community Church began each day since Hurricane Sandy coming together under the badge of …Foursquare Disaster Relief…

Cooking up food for the community…Reaching out to those in need… Taking the presence across the Hudson… Fellowshipping with each path and each other…

And the open door policy was not ‘exclusive’ to the congregation and community…Truckload after truckload of products and personnel flooded into the sanctuary simply to bring and to be for whatever need…

Foursquare assemblies from across the nation including New Jersey’s own Streetlight Mission heeded the call upon phone call…the pedal to the pavement… and the voice to the voiceless… blessing everyone involved physically and peripherally…

The disaster that was Roselle and the surrounding areas became an insular designation for old and young alike not to bemoan what had been taken but instead to appreciate what God has created…
