Unity Bank To Waive Fees Through Nov. 6 Following Hurricane Sandy

CLINTON – Unity Bank is continuing recovery efforts after the recent severe weather. The following Unity Bank branch locations are open with full services: Clinton, Edison, Flemington, Highland Park, Linden, North Plainfield, Phillipsburg, South Plainfield, Union, Washington, and Forks Township, Pa.

The following Unity Bank branch locations are open with limited services from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. today and tomorrow: Whitehouse, Middlesex and Scotch Plains.

All overdraft and uncollected fees will be waived through Nov. 6.

“We are ready to help our customers and the community during the recovery from this crisis,” said Unity Bank President & CEO James A. Hughes. “We apologize for any inconvenience the adjusted banking hours has placed upon our customers and are committed to helping those in need during this difficult time.”

Unity Bank will continue to provide updates on business service as the recovery from the storm moves forward. Updates on branch service hours will also be posted at www.unitybank.com. Unity Bank will also announce new low interest rate loans for homeowners and small businesses that need temporary financial support.
