Cranford Police: Travel Ban Still In Effect

CRANFORD — Police are reminding residents to stay off the road: a ban on non-essential and non-emergency traffic remains in effect.

Officials are in the early stages of damage assessment. Many roads are blocked by wires and trees. In addition, numerous traffic signals do not work. Any unnecessary traffic on the roads will slow recovery efforts and delay tree and wire removal by PSE&G.
