PERTH AMBOY – The Perth Amboy Alliance For Community will host “Trunk Or Treat” at Francis Street Park, located at the corner of Ashley and Francis streets) on Wednesday, Oct. 31, from 4-6 p.m. Families will be able to enjoy candy, music, games, prizes and safe Halloween fun.
