PERTH AMBOY — Raritan Bay Medical Center is sponsoring a Babysitter Safety Class on Wednesday, Oct. 24, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Raritan Bay Area YMCA, 357 New Brunswick Avenue, Perth Amboy.
This interactive class is designed for babysitters, ages 10-16, and focuses on first aid, household safety and the fundamentals of childcare. It includes hands-on manikin training. The cost is $15 and includes a take-home safety manual. Registration is required; call 1-800-DOCTORS.
