RAHWAY — Grace O’Brien and Mariela Ferrer are the recipients of the “Artie O’Leary Friendship Scholarship.” The award is an annual scholarship named in honor of the late William Arthur O’Leary, a former Rahway Police Captain who passed away in 1993. It is presented to the child of an active duty Rahway Police Officer who is entering their freshman year of college.
