ELIZABETH — Union County Freeholders Vernell Wright (L) and Bette Jane Kowalski (2nd L) and Union County Clerk Joanne Rajoppi (R) welcome Dr. Linda Caldwell Epps to the Union County Courthouse in Elizabeth.
