FLEMINGTON — The Professional Firefighters Association of New Jersey (PFANJ) — representing more than 3,500 active firefighters — has endorsed Leonard Lance’s Congressional re-election bid.
“You have shown, in the past, that you understand matters important to our members and supported our efforts on Capitol Hill,” said PFANJ President Dominick Marino. “It is because of that support that we endorse your reelection.”
“I am very grateful to have the endorsement of the New Jersey’s Professional Firefighters,” said Lance. “These brave men and women represent some of our state’s most dedicated public servants who put their lives on the line each and every day. I am honored to have the support of these dedicated first responders.”
The Professional Firefighters Association’s support of Lance comes on the heels of last month’s endorsement from the NJ State PBA, who praised Lance for support federal grant programs such as the successful COPS Program and JAG Byrne Grants and in, “ensuring that officers are protected on the job.”
“I am so very proud to have the support of New Jersey’s professional firefighters and law enforcement personnel,” concluded Lance.
