Clark Police Blotter: Township Woman Charged With DWI

Sept. 26 at 2:37 p.m. – In the vicinity of Brant Avenue, Det. Antonio Manata arrested Irvington resident Jamal Bell, 37, on an outstanding warrant from the Essex County Sheriff’s Department and forgery. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

Sept. 27 at 2:03 p.m. – At Headquarters, Det. Antonio Manata arrested Plainfield resident Ricci Riley, 25, on outstanding warrants from Hillside, Montclair and Union for contempt of court. He was subsequently turned over to the Union Police Department.

Sept. 29 at 10:48 a.m. – In the vicinity of Ross Street, Det. Antonio Manata arrested Edison resident Christina Mitroka, 29, on outstanding warrants from Carteret, New Brunswick, North Brunswick, South Amboy, and Woodbridge for contempt of court. She was subsequently turned over to the New Brunswick Police Department.

Sept. 29 at 10:27 p.m. – In the vicinity of Raritan Road, Officer Christian Lott arrested Clark resident Donna McCarthy, 48, and charged her with DWI. She was subsequently released pending a court date.

Sept. 30 at 3:25 a.m. – In the vicinity of Emerald Place, Officer Joseph Teston arrested Sergio Flores, 24, on an outstanding warrant from Woodbridge for contempt of court. He was subsequently turned over to the Woodbridge Police Department.
