CLARK — The tedious college application process is upon us and students in Ms. Hamilton’s 12th grade English classes at Arthur L. Johnson High School in Clark have been working on writing their college application essays. Ms. Hamilton has given her students sample college essays to read as well as tips and tricks on how to produce an effective essay that will hook the college admissions officers of their prospective schools. Her students have been discovering ways in which they can reveal themselves through their writing. “Show those schools how truly unique you are,” Hamilton tells them.
