CLARK — Physical education classes at Arthur L. Johnson High School in Clark will be able to use new exercise DVDs and Wii fitness video games this year.

At the end of last school year, school staff member Laura Bundy received a mini grant for $350 from the Clark Education Foundation to buy new equipment for ALJ’s Wii fit program. The physical education staff is eager to begin using the new material.

The DVDs range from yoga to zumba, and even an impressive “Dancing With the Stars” workout. These different exercises apply to muscles in various ways to keep the body fit. DVDs will be set up for all physical education classes in the fitness/wrestling room. Students are also eagerly anticipating a new Zumba workout game for the Wii.
