ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. – Yesterday afternoon’s storms caused a tree to fall across the Palisades Interstate Parkway’s southbound lanes, approximately a mile north of Exit 9. All traffic had to pass under the fallen tree. This photo, sent in by Paul Congiusta, was taken at 3:47 p.m. yesterday.
