PERTH AMBOY — Middlesex County Clerk Elaine M. Flynn spoke at a vote by mail training session at Democratic Party Headquarters in Perth Amboy Monday. Although dozens of volunteers turned out to learn how to help re-elect President Barack Obama, Sen. Bob Menendez and Rep. Frank Pallone, City Democratic leader Leslie Dominguez Rodriguez noted that Mayor Wilda Diaz did not show up.
