WOODBRIDGE — Burlington Coat Factory, a national off price retailer, is opening a new store in Woodbridge. To celebrate, it will host a ribbon cutting ceremony along with its philanthropic program, Burlington Gives Back on Friday, Sept. 21. The new store is located at Woodbridge Crossing, 465 Green Street, Woodbridge.

Burlington Gives Back is a program dedicated to donating new merchandise to local charitable agencies in communities surrounding Burlington locations through its national partnership with the non-profit organization, Fashion Delivers. Local participating agencies benefiting from this donation will include, but not limited to, Millhill Child and Family Development Center.

In addition, the day prior to the store’s official grand opening to the public, Burlington will host Charity Day. This event is a VIP shopping experience hosted at the new store location, providing a fundraising opportunity for local organizations. Charities seek a $5 donation to their organization, in return for a one-day shopping pass to this new store on this day, inclusive of 15 percent off their entire purchase.
