One choice can change many lives... Faith or Fate by John Ruggiero

STATE –The Alzheimer’s Association is inviting New Jersey residents to unite in a movement to reclaim the future for millions by participating in the scenic three-mile Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® at Liberty State Park on Saturday, Sept. 22, starting at 9 a.m. Opening ceremonies will include a special memorial and honorary tribute to all those affected by Alzheimer’s disease.

This year’s walk, which is taking place a month earlier than in previous years, is expected to bring in over 2,000 participants.

Alzheimer’s disease is a growing epidemic and is now the nation’s sixth-leading cause of death. As baby boomers age, the number of individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease will rapidly escalate, increasing well beyond today’s estimated 5.4 million Americans living with Alzheimer’s.

For more information or to register, visit www.alz.org/walk or call 1-201-261-6009.
