This Election Day is particularly important to me, as it is the first year that the School Board election will take place alongside the general election. As the mother of students in Carteret’s school district, this means a lot.
As a Carteret resident, I am very grateful for everything that Mayor Dan Reiman has done in our community. His work to improve the lives of every resident has truly made Carteret a great place to call home. I’m proud to live in a town full of such progress and improvement.
It is for this reason that Mayor Reiman’s opinion in the upcoming election makes a difference to me. If he trusts a certain group of individuals to run our schools and says they share his vision for Carteret, then they’re all right in my book.
I know there is no better choice than to support Donna Kenney, Marty Murray, Joe Gasparro and AJ Johal for School Board. Their plan to improve the education our kids get is concrete and achievable. I am fully convinced that these four individuals will make sure my kids have a safe, challenging, and encouraging academic environment.
Kenney, Murray, Gasparro and Johal have my vote on November 6th, and I urge you to do the same.
