ELIZABETH–In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals North Jersey, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and Brand New Day, Inc. will host a free Home Buyers Expo on Saturday, Sept. 15.
The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the fifth floor of the Kellogg Building in the Dr. Thomas H. Brown Center for Business and Educational Advancement at Union County College’s Elizabeth campus. The expo is designed to help homebuyers separate myths from truths when finding, financing and owning a home in today’s real estate market.
The expo will attract more than 200 individuals and families from Union County and will provide information and resources that will help with their home buying decisions. All workshops and information sessions will be offered in both English and Spanish and will cover: home buying basics; renovation financing opportunities; consumer basics; and topics such as mortgage scams and tenants rights.
