Clark Police Blotter: Edison Men Charged With Burglary

Aug. 14 at 2:19 p.m. – In the vicinity of Lexington Boulevard, Det. Walter Merfert arrested Union resident Amanda Guerrier, 24, on an outstanding warrant from Union for contempt of court. She was also issued a summons for driving with a suspended license and subsequently turned over to the Union Police Department.

Aug. 15 at 1:27 p.m. – In the vicinity of 140 Central Avenue, Officer Joseph Teston arrested Haledon resident Angel Prieto, 33, on an outstanding warrant from Denville for contempt of court. He was subsequently turned over to the Denville Police Department.

Aug. 16 at 2:28 p.m. – Officer Joseph Mirabile investigated a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle at a residence on the 1200 block of Cellar Avenue.

Aug. 17 at 7:48 a.m. – In the vicinity of Central Avenue, Det. Antonio Manata arrested Irvington resident Rhonda Evans, 59, on outstanding warrants from Clark, Rahway and Woodbridge for contempt of court. She was subsequently turned over to the Woodbridge Police Department.

Aug. 17 at 10:32 a.m. – At Headquarters, Det. Alex Yanes arrested Plainfield resident Paul-Michael Oloughlin, 37, and charged him with credit card theft and theft by deception. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date.

Aug. 17 at 11:41 a.m. – In the vicinity of Raritan Road and Clarkton Drive, Det. Antonio Manata arrested Jersey City resident Richard Carver, 56, on an outstanding warrant from Perth Amboy for contempt of court. He was subsequently turned over to the Perth Amboy Police Department.

Aug. 17 at 3:42 p.m. – In the vicinity of Walnut Avenue and Valley Road, Det. Antonio Manata arrested Jersey City resident Patrick Sanders, 21, and charged him with possession of CDS. Clarence Vandemark, 19, of Jersey City was also arrested and charged with possession of narcotics paraphernalia. Both men were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending a court dates.

Aug. 18 at 12:45 p.m. – Officer Omer Olmeda investigated a report of criminal mischief to a residence on the 300 block of West Lane.

Aug. 18 at 5:43 p.m. – In the vicinity of Broadway and Joseph Street, Officer Pedro Oliveira arrested Linden resident Mark Stevenson, 21, on outstanding warrants from South Plainfield for contempt of court. He was subsequently turned over to the South Plainfield Police Department

Aug. 19 at 1:14 p.m. – At an address on the 200 block of Gibson Boulevard, Officer Joseph Mirabile arrested Edison resident Anthony Baisi, 18, and charged him with burglary, theft and credit card theft. Bail was set at $40,000 and he was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Also arrested was Edison resident Daniel Guerra, 21, who was charged with burglary and conspiracy. Bail was set at $30,000 and he was subsequently released after posting bail pending a court date.

Aug. 20 at 6:55 a.m. – Officer Dan Pitts investigated a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle which was parked at a Shetland Drive address.
