WESTFIELD — Union County Freeholder Chairman Alexander Mirabella (left) presents John Viglianti of Westfield with a life time golf card for the Ash Brook Golf Course in Scotch Plains. Viglianti, 97, recently received the Bronze Star the Bronze Star with the “V” for valor device for his service in the Battle of the Bulge in December 1944 during World War II.
