PERTH AMBOY — The local U.S. Marine Corps Reserve will be sponsoring the 5th Annual “Christmas in July” cookout luncheon for campers at Kiddie Keep Well Camp on Saturday, July 28.
Kiddie Keep Well Camp is a private, non-profit corporation, which provides a residential camping experience for disadvantaged children from Middlesex County between 7-15 years of age. The program focuses on health and wellness and includes a physical and a dental exam for each camper. In addition to the traditional camping activities such as swimming, arts and crafts, sports, nature, campfires, dance and drama, the camp also provide programs on fire safety, gang awareness, and character development.
The camp is provided at no cost to the families.
