ELIZABETH — Justice Alliance Network invites community members to join in a “March of Unity” to show solidarity with undocumented immigrants all around the country.
The march will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 21, from St. Mary of the Assumption Parish, at 155 Washington Avenue and it will finish at City Hall, 50 Winfield Scott Plaza.
Justice Alliance Network of NJ has participated every year in this march, asking the state and federal government to treat undocumented people with respect, compassion, and dignity. The group is calling on elected officials to make a comprehensive immigration reform effort.
