Elizabeth Man Convicted Of Selling Cocaine

ELIZABETH — An Elizabeth man was convicted Tuesday afternoon of drug offences following a three-day trial in Union County Superior Court.

Deshaun Wilson, 26, faces up to years in prison when he is sentenced in September.

Wilson was arrested in Jan. 30, 2009 by the Elizabeth Police Department after he was observed selling cocaine on Anna Street, said Assistant Prosecutor Brian Schiller, who prosecuted the case. Wilson was arrested and charged with possession and distribution within 500 feet of a public park.
