WESTFIELD — Union County Freeholder Chairman Alexander Mirabella (R) joins Westfield Mayor Andy Skibitsky (L) and U.S. Army Brig. General (Ret.) Vincent Stahl (2nd L) in congratulating Sgt. Ennio John Viglianti on receiving the Bronze Star with the “V” for valor device for his service in the Battle of the Bulge in December 1944 during World War II. An administrative error delayed the honor for almost seven decades.
