ELIZABETH – On Wednesday, June 27, National HIV Testing Day, Trinitas Regional Medical Center’s Counseling and Testing Site, 654 E. Jersey Street, Suite 161, Elizabeth, will offer free community HIV testing from 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Testing will be offered to anyone who wants to know or update their HIV status. “Rapid-Rapid” tests provide results in 15 minutes. Walk-in patients are welcome. Bilingual counselors will be available, and there will be educational videos and presentations about HIV-AIDS.
A community out-reach site will be set up at the corner of East Jersey Street and Division Street in Elizabeth.
