CLARK — The students at Hehnly Elementary participated in their annual field day event on June 1. It was lead by Arturo DeMartinis and Caleb Bain, both who were running it for their first time. It was a half-day event with students participating in 14 different competitions ranging from the accuracy baseball throw to soccer weave and one of the most popular amongst the students, the Wii, “Just Dance 3”. The school was divided into two different teams with one being red and the other being blue. The winning team at each event was awarded ten points while the second place finishers received five points. The blue team narrowly edged out the red team with a final score of 985 to 975.
