Perth Amboy Mayor Announces Re-Election Bid

PERTH AMBOY—Mayor Wilda Diaz will formally announce her re-election bid at a press conference on Wednesday evening at the City Hall Circle. Congressman Albio Sires and state Sen. Joseph Vitale are expected to join council members and other guests for the announcement.

“Wilda Diaz has restored the integrity to and faith in the Mayor’s Office,” said Vitale (D-Middlesex.) “Her leadership during these challenging times has been remarkable. I am proud to stand with and in support of her re-election.”

    WHAT A JOKE! The city of Perth Amboy is as corrupted and disorganized as it ever was. There is no way this clown will get re-elected again. The school system is the worst in the state and all public offices are held by Joe Vas’ cronies. The mayor is just a puppet mayor.
