EDISON – Students at The Wardlaw-Hartridge School in Edison have participated in a variety of recent activities.

LEARNING ABOUT NEW JERSEY … Jane Anderson-Schmitt of Scotch Plains, a fourth grade student at The Wardlaw-Hartridge School, delivered a speech on Ellis Island to kick off the fourth grade speeches on May 31. Students were asked to explore a variety of New Jersey topics and select one of greatest interest to them. Topics ranged from Atlantic City to Symphony Hall to the First Football Game. CORE OF THE CLASS … Nine members of the Class of 2012 at The Wardlaw-Hartridge School in Edison have been Lifers, a term used to describe students who began their education at the school in Kindergarten or pre-school. Each year, the school recognizes these students with a dinner prior to their graduation at the home of Andrew Webster, Head of School.
