Powerball Top Prize Rolls To $110 Million

TRENTON – With no winner since April 25, the Powerball jackpot has climbed to $110 million for tonight’s lottery drawing.

Two lucky New Jersey Lottery players did win the Powerball third prize of $10,000 for the Saturday, May 19 drawing: one ticket was sold at Wegmans Manalapan, while the other was sold by Shri News & Food Store Inc. in Parsippany.

In addition, 25,977 other New Jersey players took home an estimated $145,133 in prizes ranging from $4 to $200 according to NJ Lottery Executive Director Carole Hedinger.

The winning numbers for the Saturday, May 19 drawing were: 08, 13, 35, 46, and 51 and the Red Power Ball number was 30.

The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are 1 in 175,223,510, and the odds of claiming any prize are 1 in 31.85.

Powerball drawings are held at 10:59 p.m. on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
