WESTFIELD — The Holy Trinity Interparochial Boys Varsity Basketball team finished first in the Suburban Catholic League and won the Father Whelan Tournament held at Saint Agnes School in Clark. The team is coached by Brian Trelease and Matt Loughlin. George Papas was named the MVP of the League and Billy Fitzpatrick was named to the All League Team. The team played well in tournament play, defeating strong teams from Holy Spirit of Union, Saint Michael’s of Union and Saint Agnes, the host team.
