Hotel Donates Bed Linens To The Apostle’s Houses Of Newark

NEWARK — The Newark Liberty International Airport Marriott recently donated bed linen to The Apostle’s Houses of Newark, it was announced today by General Manager John Magnifico.

The hotel donated approximately 200 bed scarves to The Apostle’s Houses, an organization which provides comprehensive social services to homeless and at risk families and individuals in the Newark area in an environment that encourages and enables self-sufficiency.

According to Dorothy Peace of The Apostle’s Houses, “We greatly appreciate this donation by the hotel. I often receive calls from the managers at The Apostle’s Houses asking for bed linens and these will come in handy for the children and families to help keep them warm during cold nights and they will also need linen to help them get started when they leave the shelter.”

The Newark Liberty International Airport is a strong supporter of the local Newark community and routinely donates items to the local area shelters.
