Boys & Girls Club In Union To Offer Low Cost SAT Prep Classes

UNION — The Boys & Girls Clubs of Union County, Union Club, in collaboration with the Chandler Learning Center, will host a six-class SAT preparation series leading up to the June 2 SATs.

The classes will be taught by instructors from the Chandler Learning Center. Its mission is to engage students using relatable yet applicable material and techniques.

Aligned with the mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Union County to inspire and enable youth to reach their full potential, this collaborative effort provides affordable access for youth to elevate their SAT scores to help them get into the college of their choice and have the opportunity to receive better scholarship money. The cost per student is $20 per class or $90 if paying for all six classes up front. The Learning Center will provide all needed materials.

Registration is open to anyone registered for the June 2 SAT exam anywhere in the state of New Jersey. Classes will be held on May 4, 11, 18, 23, 30 and June 1, from 6:15-7:45 p.m. at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Union County, Union Club, 1050 Jeanette Avenue, Union.
