UNION — Financial advisor Jeffrey J. Romond, will review techniques one can use to shrink the cost of college and maximize financial aid in a talk at the Union Public Library on Tuesday, April 17, at 7 p.m. The public is invited to this admission-free program.

Romond, who lives in Westfield, is a Certified Fund Specialist® (CFS®), a designation awarded by the Institute of Business & Finance. He is the co-founder and managing partner of St. George Financial Partners, an individual and corporate financial management firm with offices in New York City and Mountainside.
