All people arrested and charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

April 11 at 6:06 p.m. – Officer Brian Pereira investigated a report of a theft of items from a locker at Bally’s Total Fitness at 140 Central Avenue.

April 13 at 7:43 a.m. – Officer Joseph Mirabile investigated a theft of items from a motor vehicle, which was parked at a residence on the 200 block of Lexington Boulevard.

April 15 at 12:22 a.m. – In the vicinity of Gibson Boulevard and Raritan Road, Officer Kenneth Gaulette arrested Elizabeth resident Rick Dones, 26, and charged him with possession of CDS. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date.

April 15 at 3:13 p.m. – Officer Keith Meehan investigated a report of a theft of items from a motor vehicle, which was parked at a residence on the 500 block of Oak Ridge Road.
