March 28 at 9:17 p.m. – In the vicinity of Starlite Drive, Officer Brian Soos arrested Edison resident Elizabeth Azari, 49, on an outstanding warrant from Edison for contempt of court. She was subsequently turned over to the Edison Police Department.

March 29 at 3:07 p.m. – In the vicinity of Valley Road, Officer Antonio Manata arrested Rahway resident Pragneshk Patel, 27, and charged him with possession of CDS and possession of CDS with intent to distribute. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date.

March 29 at 9:46 p.m. – At the South Orange Police Department, Officer Sergio Henriques arrested West Orange resident James Artis, 46, on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

March 30 at 2:47 p.m. – In the vicinity of Brant and Westfield Avenues, Officer Antonio Manata arrested Linden resident Charles McCartney, 33, on an outstanding warrant for illegal possession of a handgun. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail.

April 1 at 11:41 a.m. – Officer Keith Meehan investigated a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle, which was parked at a Schmidt Lane residence. The incident is under investigation.
