Easter Fun Arrived Early In Clark

CLARK — Clark Recreation held its annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 31, with over 450 children in attendance. The festivities included pictures with the Easter Bunny, decorating their own baskets, jelly bean guess, games, prizes, snacks, a bike raffle and of course the Easter Egg hunt which gave the children the opportunity to find the gold ticket for a grand prize.

The event was free to all residents made possible by the donations of Investors Bank, Century 21, Clark UNICO, TD Bank, Columbia Bank, Vaccaro’s Bakery, Shop Rite, Lenny’s Heating and Plumbing, Tarantella’s, Molly Maguires, and L’Oreal.

Fran Parisi and the Girl Scouts helped with face painting and the ALJ Key Club members assisted with the set up and break down. Geraldine Bonaccorso also provided assistance to Ralph Bernardo, director of recreation, with the set up, running the event and breaking down when it was over. The Easter Bunny was played by Karen Bernardo.
