Clark Police Blotter: NY Men Charged With Possession Of Fraudulent Credit Cards

March 20 at 2:13 p.m. – At Headquarters, Det. Don DeAquino arrested Piscataway resident Felix Perez, 21, and charged him with theft by deception. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date.

March 20 at 6:04 p.m. – In the vicinity of Hawthorne Drive, Det. George Marmarou arrested Clark resident Ryan McAndrew, 24, and charged him with possession of CDS and possession of CDS with intent to distribute. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date.

March 23 at 2:08 p.m. – In the vicinity of Hawthorne Avenue, Det. Antonio Manata arrested Rahway resident Peter McGlynn, 38, on outstanding warrants from Edison, Lakewood and the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court. He was subsequently turned over to the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Department and transported to the Middlesex County Jail.

March 24 at 2:05 p.m. – In the vicinity of Valley Road, Det. Antonio Manata arrested Ozone Park, N.Y. resident Johnny Gomez, 18, and charged him with possession and use of fraudulent credit cards. Also arrested was Shaquille Vickers, 19, of Ozone Park, N.Y., who was also charged with possession of fraudulent credit cards. Both men were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending a court date.
