RAHWAY — Saud Shaw, a fourth grader at Franklin School in Rahway, was treated to lunch by Principal Arina Robinson for getting a perfect score on his 2010-2011 NJASK test in Language Arts Literacy. The New Jersey Assessment of Skills and Knowledge is an annual standards-based assessment of all children in grades three through eight administered by the state to comply with federal legislation.
