METUCHEN — On Friday, March 16 as part of Campbell Schools’s Celebrations Unit in Social Studies, two second grade students along with their parents provided the class with a unique look at Irish Culture. Caitlin Waldron and Erin Eustace performed Irish Step dancing and taught their classmates a few Irish steps. Mrs. Waldron and Mrs. Eustace gave a brief history of St. Patrick’s Day, taught the classes the meaning of the shamrock and the Irish flag, told some fun facts about Ireland, shared pictures of their family’s home in Ireland and told the class about their Irish heritage.
