Clark Police Blotter: Newark Man Charged With Aggravated Assault, Resisting Arrest

Feb. 21 at 11:15 p.m. – Officer Kenneth Gaulette investigated a report of criminal mischief to a Willow Way residence.

Feb. 22 at 10:53 a.m. – At Headquarters, Officer Joseph Mirabile arrested South Orange resident Ryshien T. Pearson, 35, on outstanding warrants from Newark, Rahway and West Orange. He was subsequently turned over to the West Orange Police Department. P.O. Joseph Mirabile was the Arresting Officer.

Feb. 22 at 12:29 a.m. – At Headquarters, Det. Antonio Manata arrested Newark resident Tyrone Jenkins, 19, and charged him with receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, eluding police and aggravated assault.

Feb. 25 at 4:33 p.m. – Officer Omer Olmeda investigated a report of a burglary to a Stanton Street residence.

Feb. 26 at 7:06 p.m. – In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, Officer Joshua Disano arrested Westfield resident Alexei Riddle, 20, and charged him with possession of CDS and possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was subsequently released pending a court date.

Feb. 26 at 7:37 p.m. – Officer Chris Lott investigated a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle, which was parked at a Schmidt Lane residence.

March 2 at 7:03 a.m. – In the vicinity of Autumn Drive, Officer Joseph Mirabile arrested Newark resident Antoine J. Sykes, Jr., 19, on two outstanding warrants from Newark. He was subsequently transported to the Newark Police Department.

March 4 at 2:40 a.m. – In the vicinity of Walter Drive and Sevell Circle, Officers Brian Renda and Brian Pereira arrested Roselle Park resident Robert Denourie, 35, and charged him with DWI. He was also charged with obstruction of justice, resisting arrest and aggravated assault. Bail was set at $30,000. He was subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Also arrested was Clark resident Melissa Casale, 22, who was charged with obstruction of justice. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date.
