Clark Planning Board Approves Miele’s Project

CLARK – The Planning Board voted 4-3 to approve a developer’s proposal to build 39 townhomes on the property now occupied by Miele’s Greenhouse  on Lake Avenue following a six-hour meeting that wrapped up in the early hours of this morning, according to a report by the Clark Patch.

The project drew vocal opposition from a group of Clark residents, who organized as the Clark Neighbors to fight what they perceive as over-development in the township.

The Planning Board’s decision comes after months of meetings, which began in October.
